Bill Nighy will present an award at the annual BAFTA/LA Cunard Britannia Awards in Los Angeles on the 1st of November.
At the event Denzel Washington will be given the Stanley Kubrick Britannia Award for Excellence in Film, and Kate Winslet will be given the Brittania Award for British Artist of the Year.
BAFTA/LA, founded in California in 1987, is meant to serve as a bridge between the American and British entertainment communities
Michael Sheen will be host, and Kathy Bates, Pierce Brosnan, Helen Fielding, Jodie Foster, Famke Janssen and Reese Witherspoon will also present awards at the event.
